Our client, a respected leader in the sector, is looking for a proactive Insurance Expert to join their dynamic Contract Management department in Brussels. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in implementing insurance benefits for individual pension plans, working with a diverse range of clients including private individuals, self-employed professionals, and SMEs.
- Customer Solutions: Handle incoming requests and resolve inquiries via post, email, and other channels, ensuring you deliver efficient and reliable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Portfolio Management: Manage the 2nd Pillar portfolio with precision and attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks that help optimize the handling of customer requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and enhance your technical skills through ongoing training, coaching, and collaboration with your team.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
- Independence: A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage your daily priorities.
