Together with your three colleagues, you are an indispensable link in ensuring timely and accurate payment for our employees.

Tasks:

• Process the monthly payroll for our workers and employees in collaboration with our social secretariat;
• Handle monthly reporting;
• Manage and control time registration;
• Assist in the management of group and hospitalization insurance, ensuring information is up-to-date;
• Stay informed about social legislation and ensure its correct application;
• Proactively think about optimizing and automating our payroll processes;
• Advise and support our HR colleagues with payroll-related questions;
• Participate in various HR projects.

Jouw profiel

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree with several years of experience as a Payroll Officer
• You are analytical, precise, and accurate;
• You can handle sensitive and confidential information;
• You have good knowledge of E-Blox and Protime;
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a significant advantage;
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel and Office;
• You are a team player and can be flexible with working hours during payroll closing periods.
